Bigbling.com is owned and operated by Vinyard Entertainment LLC. By advertising any site owned by Vinyard Entertainment LLC., you are agreeing to comply with the following terms and conditions. Failure to comply with the following terms and conditions may result in permanent termination from the program, including suspension of all commission payments.

You must be over the age of 18 to participate in the Bigbling.com affiliate programs.

Illegal Activities

You may not promote our sites or position any of our content next to or in association with bestiality, rape, child pornography, torture or stolen/pirated content.

No Spamming

Spamming is not allowed - period. This includes unsolicited emails, newsgroup postings, instant messages, and chat room messages.

False Advertising

You may not use our promotional materials to advertise any website or page that does not contain our content.

Watermarking Videos

You are not allowed to watermark any video content from Bigbling.com. Any webmasters found to be doing so will be suspended.

No Cheating

Any affiliate caught cheating will be terminated from all programs immediately and any commissions owing will be suspended. This includes any method of artificially generating traffic and/or sales.

Password Sharing Websites

You may not promote any of our websites on pages or sites that promote the sharing of unauthorized paysite user name and passwords.

International Webmasters

International Webmasters from the following countries will not be accepted. Please contact us at affiliates@bigbling.com if you are from one of these countries and would like to participate in any of our programs.

Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Brazil, Bulgaria, China, Costa Rica, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Israel, Jordan, Kaliningrad, Kazakhstan, Korea (North and South), Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Moldova, Pakistan, Philippines, Romania, Russia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Syria, Taiwan, Tajikistan, Thailand, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan, Vietnam and Yugoslavia.

Webmasters from the United States

US webmasters are required to use the NON-SEXUAL promotional material provided as a part of the Bigbling.com program so as to comply with Section 2257 record keeping requirements.

Payment Terms

All payments will be made in US Dollars. Payments are made once a month by check or Epassporte.

Trial Memberships

Vinyard Entertainment LLC reserves the right to remove any and all trial-membership options from the membership sign-up pages of any sites in the Bigbling.com program at any time.

Technology

Vinyard Entertainment LLC will not be held responsible for any technical failures which may result in delays or downtime that affect the performance of any of the Bigbling.com programs or sites.

Termination

We reserve the right to cancel this Agreement at any time. In the event that this occurs, you will be notified and will be paid any money owing to you. However, if you have broken any of our term and conditions, you will not be paid.

Upon termination of this agreement on our request, all material related to Bigbling.com and Vinyard Ent. must be removed from your sites.
